Filling the gorge at the edge of camp is a large pile of reddish boulders, tumbled together so that it is impossible to advance any farther down the gorge without climbing over them. Eerie blue-green water flows swiftly out of a gaping hole underneath the pile, collecting in a round pool before winding down the gorge away from camp. The Clan leader makes announcements from atop these boulders, and the fresh-kill pile is also located near here.
